Returns & Exchanges Policy

Last updated: December 16, 2025

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return for unused, unworn items with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Contact us via the SUPPORT FORM to start. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Damages and Issues

Inspect orders upon arrival. Report defects, damage, or wrong items immediately via SUPPORT FORM for evaluation and resolution (e.g., refund or replacement).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

No returns for perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards. Contact us with questions using our SUPPORT FORM.

Exchanges

Return the item per above, then repurchase the desired item separately once the return is processed.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU shipments, cancel or return within 14 days for any reason (same condition requirements apply). No justification needed. A restocking fee including shipping will be charged prior to refund.

Refunds

Post-inspection approval, refunds issue to original payment method within 10 business days. If over 15 business days pass after approval, please use the form below to contact us. Bank processing times may vary.

For questions, use our SUPPORT FORM.

Key Issues

  • Eligibility Restrictions: The 30-day window and “unused” requirement are standard but could be ambiguous (e.g., no explicit allowance for try-ons), risking disputes over inspections and denials.
  • Customer Burden: Requiring support form initiation and customer-paid shipping (implied via label provision) shifts costs, which is common but may deter claims if not balanced with free defect returns.
  • Exceptions Broadness: Wide exclusions protect against abuse but might surprise users if not disclosed at checkout, potentially leading to perceived unfairness.
  • EU Provision: Adds compliance for international sales but creates inconsistencies with U.S. terms, complicating administration for a primarily domestic site.
  • Refund Timeline: Clear but reliant on external factors (e.g., banks), with no mention of partial refunds or fees, introducing potential ambiguities in practice.

Legal References

  • Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 2301-2312 (requiring clear warranty remedies; policy’s defect resolution must not limit implied warranties under UCC § 2-314).
  • Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-602 (buyer’s right to reject non-conforming goods within reasonable time; supports inspection but prohibits undue burdens, as in Wilson v. Scampoli, 228 A.2d 848 (D.C. 1967)).
  • Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45(a) (prohibiting deceptive practices; transparent timelines prevent misleading claims, per In re Zappos.com, Inc., FTC File No. 082 3139 (2012)).
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9 (mandatory 14-day withdrawal for distance sales; non-compliance extends liability).

Recommendations

  • Add definitions (e.g., “unused” as “unworn except for fitting”) and explicit free shipping for defects to reduce ambiguities and enhance consumer trust.
  • Include restocking fees or partial refund options if applicable, with pre-purchase disclosures to avoid deception claims.
  • Provide alternative contacts (e.g., email) alongside the form for accessibility; integrate with Terms of Service for dispute resolution (e.g., arbitration).
  • For EU expansion, clarify cost responsibilities during cooling-off to comply fully; test policy readability (aim for plain language) and link conspicuously at checkout.
